IWC is a family-owned enterprise, deep rooted in 1950 by G.K Shehzada, who has been passionated about time keeping and horology since childhood. All watches are sold at Website and outlets with international and local warranty. We are proud to have official outlets in ten major cities all over the country.

IWC HISTORY


1950: The Roots

The legacy of IWC dates back to 1950 when a young orphan boy G.K Shahzada at the age of 16, migrated to Pakistan and started selling luxury watches the door to door in his briefcase. 

Shahzada has always been fascinated by the synthesis of horological expertise and craftsmanship of a timepiece, designed by the finest watchmakers. 

1954: Introduction of Rolex

Our founder believes that our nation should have access to the best. IWC first introduced Rolex, the most recognizable luxury watch brand, to Pakistan in 1954.

1960: Shaping Identity

GK Shahzada visited Switzerland in the early 1960s. He was amazed by the buying experience they provide over there to the customers. He wanted to have the same for his nation. He came back to Pakistan with all the expertise and skills. He dedicated himself to shape the identity of IWC as the International Standard Watch Retailer that provides the finest services all over the country.

1965: IWC Workshop

GK Shahzada's struggles resulted in affirmation, and in 1965 he inaugurated the first IWC workshop in Pakistan's one of the largest city Karachi. IWC showcased exemplary services to its customers by providing them finest luxury Swiss Watches.

1967: Supports Community

IWC believes in the struggles of deaf and blind people, so they organized a lucky draw for deaf and blind children. Guest were invited from other countries. Fifty original luxury watches were distributed among children.

1970: Quartz Watches - A New Era

In watchmaking, the quartz crisis was the upheaval in the industry. The Japanese Quartz watches largely replaced mechanical watches. We were the first to introduce Quartz Watches in Pakistan.

1974: Seiko Joining

Seiko is the only manufacture with every watchmaking expertise. They were impressed by IWC services in the watch industry. Seiko came forward in 1974 to offer us their official retailer ship in Pakistan.

1975: If we can imagine it, we can make it

IWC has always believed in the power of imagination, and we have been able to collaborate with like-minded brands as a result of our perseverance. IWC was successful in bringing Rado on board in 1975. Rado is a globally recognized brand known for its innovative design and use of cutting-edge materials to create some of the world's most beautiful and long-lasting watches.

1977: After Sales Services

After-sales can keep a timepiece's nobility and prestige for a lifetime. IWC always considers its employees like a family and has always worked for their empowerment. IWC sent some of its employees to Switzerland in the early 1970s to learn the art of watch maintenance.

Later in 1977, IWC opened its first Seiko store, which could provide its customers finest after-sales services.

1978: Introduction of Citizen

IWC has always strived towards betterment. IWC became Citizen's official retailer in 1976. Citizen, a trusted name and brand leader in the watch industry for over a century, is known worldwide for its unwavering values: technical precision, an innovative mindset, quality craftsmanship, and design excellence.

1980: New Steps / National Growth

IWC expanded nationally in 1980 and inaugurated Rolex Shop at Mall Road in Lahore.

1990: Rolex Centre

IWC inaugurated the First Rolex Centre in Pakistan in 1990. Officials from Rolex International were invited to the ceremony. This was the most significant milestone in IWC's history.

1997: Mr. and Mrs Raymond Well

1997: Rolex Centre Workshop

Rolex watches are designed and built to last. The watchmakers in the Rolex workshops are specially trained by the Rolex itself to ensure the quality and consistency of servicing operations. They perform various types of procedures in adherence with Rolex standards, thereby guaranteeing the performance of the brand's watches over time.

1997: Rolex PC

As the 50th anniversary of IWC's legacy approached, we began expanding and inaugurated the Rolex Shop in PC, Lahore.

2000: Rolex Boutique

IWC opened Rolex boutique in Forum, Karachi

2003: Lahore Boutique

With the expansion of work, A Rolex boutique and building was incorporated in Lahore.

2015:International Standard Boutique

IWC was able to turn its founder's dream of becoming an International Standard retailer into a reality. The first Rolex International Standard Boutique in Pakistan was opened in 2015.

Today

IWC is a family-owned enterprise. We have always considered our employees our family, and currently, our family has grown from five people to one hundred and fifty people. We are proud to have official outlets in ten major cities of Pakistan.
We always strive towards betterment and currently opening a flagship store in Faisalabad.
